VIDEO: Fairness & Freedom and Your Share In Justice

Fairness & Freedom: This video walks the viewer through the process of a criminal reckless driving charged from the point where the defendant consults with an attorney to the jury verdict. After the verdict is rendered, the defendant is served with a summons for civil court.

Your Share in Justice: Hosted by Kirstin Lindquist, this video looks at what it means to serve on a jury. The video focuses primarily on a criminal trial but does also discuss jury service in a civil case. In looking at jury service, the video goes through the basic steps in a criminal trial.
